Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, the shipping cost will not be refunded and the return of the item will be at your expense. Refund or credit for wrongly ordered items will be at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items returned for warranty claims will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and evaluation of the claim. Refunds will be dependant on the manufacturers finding and time taken for evaluation. Warranty periods will be 12 months from the date of delivery or as specified by the manufacturer.
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post, shipped anywhere in Australia where Australia Posts delivers. Using alternative shipping providers will be at the buyers expense and at the price quoted by the shipping provider. Shipping cost of international orders will be quoted separately. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Some items might be on back-order at the time of ordering and delivery times will depend on product availability.
